Regardless whether you signed up with Instagram or by using email your page url is customizable within 5 days after your sign up on free package. On upgraded packages as "Business", "Lifetime" or "Agency" you can update the page url at any time on account settings page.

How to remove ContactInBio logo?
Our logo is placed at the end of the page, it is also placed on top if you are using ctcin.bio domain name. ContactInBio logo will be removed automatically once you upgrade to "Business", "Lifetime" or "Agency".
How to remove ContactInBio url?
We are offering 4 domain names to use, if you do not like using ContactInBio url you can use https://allmy.link/yourusername. If you still would like to have the page hosted on your own domain name, it can be done using some little technical tactics as placing an iframe code on the index file on your server folder. We are making this process as easy as possible and we will roll out the feature to connect your own domain name very soon.
How to install the link into Instagram?
Log in into your ContactInBio account and find your URL, copy the link. Paste it into the "Website" section of the Instagram profile settings: Open Instagram settings
How to track statistics of my page?
Each of your links have click counts and number of your page visitors can be viewed on statistics page. To view link clicks, click on the Statistics icon next to your link: Dashboard with a choice of a chart or table view will load:
How to delete and remove my account?
You can send a request for account removal on account settings page, you will receive an account removal request confirmation email from us to which you need to reply by confirming your account removal request. After your reply, your account will be removed withint 5-12 hours.
How many accounts can I manage with ContactInBio?
You can manage unlimited number of accounts if all of those accounts are upgraded. You can connect another account at the end of Account settings page.
